Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Receive Authorization

Our technical team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct return shipping address.

Pack and Ship

Securely package the item in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
