What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Are Yose Power conversion kits compatible with all bicycles?
Our kits are designed to be compatible with most standard mountain, road, and city bikes. However, we recommend checking your wheel size and dropout width against our technical specifications before purchasing.
What kind of warranty is provided with the products?
We offer a 12-month warranty on our motors and batteries, and an 18-month warranty on other electrical components, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
Do I need special tools to install the e-bike conversion kit?
Basic bicycle maintenance tools are usually sufficient. Each kit comes with a detailed manual, and we provide step-by-step installation videos on our website to guide you through the process.
What is your return policy for unwanted items?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and receive the return shipping address.
